As we drive technological advancements, tackle challenges, and lead in innovation, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s project.
Your Responsibilities
- Specification of equipment, conducting technical evaluations of bids, reviewing vendor documentation, and managing supplier communications.
- Involvement in the planning and execution of projects and studies related to gas systems for LNG and LPG carriers, both onshore and offshore.
- Development of system designs and creation of comprehensive engineering documentation.
- Engagement in design reviews, including 3D model evaluations and Hazop sessions.
- Facilitating the seamless flow of technical information across various engineering teams.
- Providing technical clarifications to clients, suppliers, and third parties (such as Classification Societies).
- Offering technical support during commissioning and startup processes and participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at supplier facilities.

Your Profile
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the Maritime/ Oil & Gas/ Process industries.
- Familiarity with the rules and regulations of relevant Classification Societies for the marine industry (e.g., DNV, BV, LRS, ABS).
- In-depth technical knowledge of rotating or static mechanical equipment (e.g., Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Compressors, Valves), mechanical design standards, and materials.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (min. B2 level).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multinational team.
- Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips as required.
